Ever since April 2005, we (myself, my husband and my two daughters) have been attending the Wednesday prayer meetings regularly. This was the beginning of a new chapter in our lives; listening to the Word of God, and yielding to God. We faced lots of problems, and at the same times we experienced the miraculous intervention of God in our lives. Peace came to our hearts and mind. Our home environment completely changed. We started to listen to spiritual music CDs and the Word of God rather than ordinary music CDs. My husband gets up early morning, at 4.30am, and listens to the Take Me Higher CD and worships the Lord. Once I go to office the first thing I do is to listen to the Take Me Higher CD on my computer before I start the days work, and I continuously listen to it while I work. Whenever relatives or friends visit our home, we start talking about God and how our lives changed as we gave Him the first place. Those days we were in and out of hospital. Now our sicknesses have disappeared and our problems have become incidents that draw down his intervention in our lives. Though at times it is difficult to hang on to him, there is a lot of happiness in our lives now. I would like to share one of the miracles that happened to me. I work for a multi-national company. After working there for 14 years, in February 2007 I was promoted to an executive grade. I received a significant salary increment, which I never expected or got earlier. In January 2008 all the employees got their annual increments, which averaged around 9.5%. In February my boss gave me another increment letter and my salary had been increased by an additional Rs. 5000. I could not imagine, my eyes blurred. Altogether I had received a 27%. Within a period of around one year my salary had increased by 65%.. This is miracle I never expected. I asked Lord Jesus, if I am worthy to receive this? After my promotion to an executive grade, I started to follow a diploma course and sat for an exam in February 2008. The results came on the 20th April, 2008 and I had successfully passed the exam, better than I expected. Lord Jesus has lifted me up more than I could be. I thank and praise the Lord for his wonderful miracles. All glory and honor is to our Heavenly Father. Thank you Brother Lalith for teaching us how to surrender to God through our difficulties.
